This isn’t new, but I just saw it for the first time today.  Apparently, this picture is of a float entry in a parade in Germany.  Guess Bush is the "butt" of jokes all over the world! 

Dick Cheney underwent minor surgery today to “replace the generator and battery part of the heart defibrillator. That device monitors Cheney's heart and would deliver an electric shock to reset the heart to normal rhythm if the heart ever went out of rhythm.” 

There are no reports, however, that anything was done about his malfunctioning personality defibrillator!

As you can see, Oscar has become the Feline Phenom. 

I really don't see why everyone is making such a big deal about this, however.  After seeing a picture of Oscar sleeping beside one of the patients, it became quite obvious to me how Oscar is so successful at predicting death.  If anything, I find it quite shocking that Oscar is even allowed into the nursing homes!  Take a look at this picture and see if you agree.......
